Immersive therapeutic retreats grounded in somatic psychology, trauma-informed care, and embodiment;
thoughtfully designed to support emotional health, nervous system restoration, and embodied wellbeing.

For those living with the effects of trauma, chronic stress, burnout, or significant life transitions, the path toward healing is rarely linear.

It often asks for time, compassionate therapeutic support, and an approach that honours the complexity of both the human experience and the nervous system.

At Senses, every Signature Retreat is grounded in the Senses Therapeutic Model—an integrated approach that brings together somatic psychology, trauma-informed care, embodiment, and psychedelic-assisted therapy within one carefully held framework of care.

Designed to support trauma recovery, emotional health, and nervous system restoration, psychedelic-assisted therapy is approached as one part of a broader therapeutic model rather than a standalone intervention.

Intentional preparation, immersive therapeutic experiences, and post-retreat integration work together to support deeper emotional processing, strengthen nervous system regulation, and create the conditions for lasting embodied change.

Intentionally limited to eight participants, each retreat is designed to support deeper therapeutic exploration within a safe, relational, and thoughtfully held environment.
