Emilia Morán

Emilia is a trauma-informed yoga practitioner whose work is grounded in the relationship between movement, embodiment, and the nervous system. Her approach draws from somatic, restorative, and yin yoga to support greater body awareness, presence, and an internal sense of safety.

At the heart of her practice is the understanding that movement can offer a pathway back into relationship with the body. Through gentle, intentional exploration, she invites individuals to slow down, reconnect with sensation, and develop a deeper awareness of their internal experience.

Her teaching moves away from expectation and performance, creating space for movement to be guided by presence, choice, and respect for each individual’s capacity.
